Brian Boru: The High King of Ireland is the latest game from designer Peer Sylvester, also responsible for our 2020 Game of the Year - The King is Dead. This however, is a bigger grander feeling strategy game, full of clever twists and unexpected spins on familiar mechanisms.
Orbis is a game about being god and creating your own universe. Which is perhaps only fitting because we were so surprised by it, it might as well have fallen into our lap from the sky.
It's not exactly brain surgery but this light abstract tile drafting game might just spin your head into a twist.
